I’m not the biggest fan anymore…definitely don’t follow much of the pre-season and behind the scenes stuff.
I’d like to understand the penalties (let’s stick with NFL for now) regarding hitting better…what can’t you do to who???
QB vs others?
Stationary or otherwise?
Helmet on helmet?
Leading with the head?

Cmon football fans… how about a little help!!!
I did learn something this weekend … the quarterback, after throwing an interception, is off limits unless he is a potential tackler. Or something to that effect… I wonder what the actual language is.
Can football rules be searched on the internet? Are they “updated” by official directives from the head of officiating??
