# New Geico commercial with Rocky and Bullwinkle.

There’s a new Geico commercial with the gecko standing at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, which of course were named after:

Rocky the flying squirrel.

Animation by DreamWorks. Tom Kenny does the voice of Bullwinkle and Rocky is played by none other than the incomparable June Foray. It’s good to see her still getting work at the age of 95 and she sounds in great shape.

I wish I had known they were looking for voice talent. I can do Bullwinkle perfectly, exactly like Jay Scott. I heard a recording of myself once and was blown away by how good my impression was.

The commercial is in error. Bullwinkle’s last name is Moose, not Winkle. Bullwinkle J. Moose.
