# New Iphone 7 won't sync

Itunes sees the phone, and when I right click it and hit sync, it goes through the 3 steps, gets to “waiting for changes to be applied”, stays there for a few seconds, and then flashes “preparing to copy items”, then does nothing. I can’t drag and drop anything either. I’ve “authorized” the computer, and it’s the latest iteration of Itunes. Any ideas? Thanks!

update: since posting, Itunes now deigns to allow me to drag and drop- still won’t sync.
