# New items indicator not working right for Factual Questions

I don’t think it’s just me, but when I go to Factual Questions, the “New (1)” indicator tells me there’s one new thread I haven’t looked at, although there isn’t a new thread I haven’t looked at. When I click on the indicator, it tells me all my threads have been read. It doesn’t happen all the time, and it went away for a while but is back again. It’s slightly annoying, but I’ve gotten used to not trusting it. Works fine on all other categories.

New items indicator has never worked right for me. Some threads I post in and unless I manually check back I never am notified of updates. I think it has something to do with the optional notification level settings. I’m _still_ not 100% with the latest board software.

Dagnabbit, when are these whippersnappers going to stop changing everything? 😉
