The person sponsoring this bill is in right wing bubble land. One of its meme’s is the notion that there are sexual predators that rape underage girls and then force them to have abortions to destroy the evidence. The rep. from New Mexico was trying to remedy what she saw as a problem. Pretty much, any crazy off-the-wall thing said by a conservative politician is something they heard on Fox News or some conservative radio host. They repeat it to each other so often that they believe it. Mitt’s 47% comment was the same way. ---

I would have put “forcible rape” second, just below “emergency rape”. ---
