I’m happy to announce the appointment of two new SDMB moderators. **Bone** will help moderate Great Debates and Elections, while **Chronos** will help moderate Café Society. IvoryTowerDenizen will shift from Café Society to IMHO. **Hal Briston** has retired from moderating duties with our thanks. Longtime users will recall that **Chronos** moderated years ago; we’re astonished that he’s agreed to do so again, but grateful nonetheless. Likewise, we’re pleased to have signed up **Bone** while he was in an agreeable mood; he’ll realize what’s he’s gotten himself into soon enough. Please join me in welcoming **Bone** and **Chronos** to the staff. ---

Give Bone a break on the hamsters. He has to clean up Elections after last night. Poor, poor rookie. ---

First – I hope the building doesn’t burn down on my watch. Second – If it does burn down, I’m going to blame someone else. ---

You are not a true mod until you cut out and bite the warm heart of your first troll kill. Spammers don’t count. ---

I see you are getting the hang of it already. **Marley23** is no longer around to defend himself - he is probably your best choice.
