Hmm. I just read that upgrading to 8 GB RAM on this model IS possible, but the laptop is pretty finicky; some users report that only certain brands of upgrades seem to work. Still, getting this puppy up to 8 GB seems doable. ---

Still, getting this puppy up to 8 GB seems doable. Suggest that you run all the windows updates and go to the Toshiba site and run all of those updates when you get the machine. It can take multiple tries and reboots but will be worth it. ---

It’s pretty much the top of the line laptop for gaming and flight sims. Google it and look at their page. They are really expensive and custom made to your specs with top of the line materials.
