Starting today, when I return to the board and click new posts, it doesn’t take me to the new post, it rolls up about 20 posts. Is it my phone?

We’ve seen that a bunch on phones. Reboot and it’ll probably go away. If not try clearing the phone browser’s cache.

This happens to me rarely but every once in a while.

The only thing that I’ve found helpful is cursing at my phone.

The problem goes away on its own regardless of what you do, but I feel better after venting.

I don’t know if this applies to phone browsing (although I don’t know why it wouldn’t), but I just learned, thanks to @LSLGuy, that on your profile page under “preferences → tracking,” you have the option to define what “new” means to you. The choices are:

> Consider topics new when
>
> - I haven’t viewed them yet
> - Created in the last day
> - Created in the last 2 days
> - Created in the last week
> - Created in the last 2 weeks
> - Created when I was here last

There are other options for other stuff, too. Who knew??

This is just good everyday advice.
