Oh, here are some counter-proposals. January 8: Emperor Norton Day August. August shall be a holi_month._ From 2pm-5pm on the first Wednesday following a February conjunction of the Moon and Mars shall be Xfullihapl’s Hours, dedicated to the unnecessarily complex. ---
