Meet the [newest](http://www.ustream.tv/SFShiba) litter of the cutest puppies to ever have their own webcam! They were just born on Saturday, January 16 and right now they just mostly sleep, eat, and whimper, but one day, and one day soon, they will be the cutest little balls of fluff ever. I really enjoyed the last one that was posted here and so I’m sharing this with you.

I loved the webcam last year, too. I had it up at work, and it always cheered me. Everyone needs puppies in the corner of their computer. Sniff. They grew up so quickly… remember when they got their coloured collars? Sniff.

Thanks for the bump! I missed this before.
The cute is killing me! They’re nursing right now - grouped by color, no less. One is \*tugging \*on poor mom, and I just know it’s got those needle-sharp little puppy teeth. It’s painful to watch, and yet I cannot look away.

Definitely thanks for the bump. Or otherwise I’d have missed the cuteness overload. They’re just slipping now, but one must be having dreams because it looks like it keeps hiccupping. Adorable, adorable, adorable. Makes me wanna rub their tummies. 😃

We have a 5 yo “Sheber Sheber”. He is a terror. And dumber en dirt. But gawd is he pretty. Tan face, ears, and legs. Mostly black body. Lower half of his face and his undersides are white. With tan, black, or white highlights on the other colors here and there.
I call him the Fabio of dogs. If he wasnt so damn good looking he would be worthless.

One of the cream puppies just started nursing upside down, while parked on top of all the other pups! He keeps paddling in the air while he nurses on his back.
ETA: man those pups are -brutal-. I suspect this litter’s going to get weaned in record time.

Is your mother planning to show her dogs? Because if not, wouldn’t it be better to get them through a rescue organization? I googled ‘shiba inu rescue oregon’ and found the Northwest Shiba Rescue program, there are probably other orgs as well.

Sorry for the double post, but I just found out that I actually _ **do** _ know the breeders with this puppy cam. I see them every year at the NorCal Shiba picnic, where they run the raffle and silent auction. My wife and mother-in-law were talking to them at the Golden Gate Kennel Club show at the Cow Palace today, but didn’t know they were the puppy cam people until “we have two creams” came up. (Cream is not an AKC-approved color.)
All five puppies are spoken for, in case anyone was wondering.
Another breeder we know is trying to re-place a male puppy that was returned to her. More details when my wife brings home the flyer about it.

Totally cute. Right now the puppies are sleeping, all huddled together, and mama is keeping a watchful eye on the bed.
