Aardappelstad. Kartoffeldorf. I think “Kartoffeldorf” works. The Greek word for potato is “patata” (πατάτα), so I guess strictly speaking the name would render as “Patatopolis”. “Pa-Ta-TOP-olis” is how my mental tic presents it. Which is apparently [the name of a french-fry joint in Campania, Italy](https://www.facebook.com/pg/PATATOPOLIS/about/?ref=page_internal). ---

Their source for this is, of course, Parler. When facing criticism, they responded that the lack of evidence proves their claims. ---
