If nothing else, they’ll agonize over whether it’s better to send a list and hope for the pardons (in two weeks) or not send a list and pray the deed remains unsuspected. ---

Someone refresh my memory, as it’s only been about 4 centuries since March. Those FISA warrants being reviewed by the DOJ were being reviewed because #45 & Co. were claiming they were obtained under false pretences or something like that, along with claims that they were invalid because they were based on the “discredited Steele dossier”? I ask because the [DOJ just released their findings](https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/statement-assistant-attorney-general-national-security-john-c-demers-public-release), which is that all 29 warrants “contained sufficient basis for probable cause” and only two had what they call “material errors”, but even those errors weren’t enough to invalidate them. ---
