Heard this on Chris Hayes. Republicans in PA are suing to prevent return of absentee ballots in “drop boxes” insisting that the Post Office be used. You know, the Post Office that they’re running an intentional slow-down on. ---

Also, leaving a ballot in a drop box means no stamps are needed, while they are if you have to mail the ballot (unless the state or county sends a prepaid envelope). Some will want to avoid the expense.
