No, wait, I’ve got it. You start by suing all of the Republican lawmakers for having abortions. Never mind that they’re all men; that just makes it even better: You claim that they’re all transmen, and the motive for the abortion was so they could stay in the closet, because being seen to be pregnant would blow their cover. So they all have to prove their gender in court, because Republicans are really big on making people prove their gender. Then you sue them all for personally performing abortions. Probably still no wins, but I expect that a few of those legislators are doctors, so maybe. And then you sue them all for paying for or otherwise abetting abortions. And when you eventually find one who actually did (which you will, because hippos gonna crit), then you add on the legal fees for all of the other suits onto that one. ---

The Governor is no better. She was whining about not being able to set off fireworks at Mount Rushmore and posted a picture of fireworks at the mountain, labeled “Before Biden” and then her family morosely holding sparklers, “After Biden”. No mention of the multiple fireworks that were set off all over the country. And somebody pointed out that the before image was from when Obama was President. ---
