A county commissioner has to be registered to vote in the county, which makes being a citizen a requirement. The birther in this case is claiming, without evidence, that the Democrat, who emigrated from Honduras 15+ years ago, is an “illegal” and not a naturalized citizen with a passport and a Social Security Number which she has demonstrated that she possesses. ---

Worse than that, her campaign is proudly stating she co-sponsored [S.4329](https://www.onenationamerica.org/Fast-az/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=20200815_ONENA0027_google&utm_content=V3&gclid=Cj0KCQjwhIP6BRCMARIsALu9LfnUBptdzVFDJOa7UJ6uiJkzyXtpJtRbf8sBVujIDfvHBUJrPIQyEPMaApOpEALw_wcB), the _Continuous Coverage for Workers Act_ to “help Americans who are laid off or furloughed due to COVID-19 continue on their employer’s health plan…” Yet, as a Representative and Senator, she consistently voted to gut [ACA](https://khn.org/news/in-arizona-race-mcsally-makes-health-care-pledge-at-odds-with-track-record/). I have written her a couple times and gotten back dishwater responses that didn’t even have anything to do with the main thrust of the letter. The reality is that even if these criminals people used all the money they raised it would build just over 1 mile of wall. That should be the bigger disappointment. ---
