I’ve been taking a Regeneron tablet every day for the last several months, just to be sure. They only cost $2500 each when purchased in bulk. (Okay, not quite really. Other than the first time when the prophylactic blood thinners made the insertion site ooze for days and the second time when they had me prepped and then stuff came up and I waited under the drape for half an hour and then the prophylactic blood thinners made the insertion site ooze internally for days and the third time . . . when everything was totally unremarkable it was fine. ETA Never had a lumbar puncture but it’s the one I dread. ---
