No surprise there – he was one of the state AGs to sign on to Texas’ [lawsuit against Pennsylvania, Gerogia, Wisconson, and Michigan](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_v._Pennsylvania). You know, the one rejected by SCOTUS as a “seditious abuse of the judicial process.” I intend to bring this up when he campaigns for reelection next year. ---
