Steve Scalise posted a digitally manipulated video in which activist Ary Barkan, who uses a digital voice, interviewed Joe Biden. The video changed Barkan’s voice in the video to make it sound like he was asking questions he wasn’t asking, thereby changing the nature of Biden’s answers. The Guard refers to themselves as “citizen soldiers”, so it is possible the Sen Johnson (Douche-WI) was referring to them, but I don’t know that that is the way I would bet. ---
