I’m sure the plan is something like: GOP takes the House → GOP makes Trump Speaker → House impeaches Biden and Harris → Trump is President again! The step they seem to forget (which is odd since they went through it _twice_ with Trump!) is that the Senate has to vote to convict, and no way will they have enough votes for that. ---

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen some Trumpists posting exactly this as the plan. That it’s a batshit insane plan that can’t possibly work is no reason to think they don’t think it’s a great idea. We’re into Underpants Gnomes territory, here. ---

Sure I’d give getting enough Democrats to vote for Biden’s impeachment to get 66 senate votes about the same odds as I’d give getting Mexico to pay for a 1,900 mile concrete border wall. ---

On January 19, the last day of Individual 1’s presidency, Ezra Cohen, a Pentagon official at the time, asked the U.S. Embassy in Rome to deploy its defense attaché down to the southern port city of Salerno to interrogate hacker Arturo D’Elia and his partner in crime Antonio Rossi, who are serving time for hacking into an Italian military supply company. The two Italian hackers were accused by conspiracy theorists of hijacking a satellite in order to change the results being counted on American voting machines. The whole thing was organized by a pro-Individual 1suspicious person who changes her name frequently and likes to stick her nose into the affairs of foreign countries, including the US and Ukraine. A member of the Italian Parliament, was legally allowed to get into the prison, but US embassy officials were allowed entry without approval. One of the hackers’ lawyers wants answers as to how they were allowed to interrogate his client.
