Judging from what’s been trending today, Maga Twitter have convinced themselves (probably with the help of hundreds of Russian bots) that Breyer’s retirement was part of Hillary Clinton’s Master plan all along, as now Biden will put Harris on the Supreme Court, appoint her as Harris’ replacement, and then be forced out so that she can finally achieve world domination. ---

Except in some scenarios put forth there, Biden won’t be forced out–he will simply resign on his own initiative, making Hillary the president. What I’m wondering is, why do they think Kamala Harris is fit to be a Supreme Court judge? Yes, she is a lawyer with plenty of courtroom experience; including, no doubt, appeals court experience. But practicing in the courtroom in a lot different from judging in the courtroom, and to the best of my knowledge, she has absolutely no experience as a judge. Isn’t that a requirement of a Supreme Court judge? ---

The logical problem with giving Kamala a seat on SCotUS is that she is the Senate tiebreaker, which means that once she is no longer VP, the Ds will be fully unable to pass thing 1. But, no point in mentioning that to the RWIdiocrats. Best to keep them all tizzed out. ---
