This started with Matt Bevin, and it’s obviously a thing now in Republican circles: even when you lose, don’t concede; accuse the other side of voter fraud.

These next few years are going to be a long, hard slog.

My first reaction on hearing the news was OMG a Black conservative.

I could give you “up to one million dollars” by scooping the loose change off my dresser. It might be $999,998.23 short of one million dollars, but that’s still “up to” one million.

Lindsey Graham says he’s going to give one million dollars to each of the Republicans running for Senate in Georgia. He also says he gave $500,000 to the Individual 1 recount campaign. Where does a retired Air Force general who’s also an active Senator get that kind of money?

They should cash the check quickly and wait for the funds to be transfered. Graham and all the other long term (relatively safe) senators/reps have been looting their re-election funds for years. Both sides do it.

Graham was a JAG officer in the Air Force and Air National Guard who retired as a colonel. He was never a general.

I’m also wondering where he’s getting that kind of money from. I’d assumed he was donating it from his campaign.

He was on FOX the other day and once again was begging for money. Laura Ingraham, of all people, told him to stop.

I imagine the esteemed senator’s point may be that, if there are thousands of uncounted votes in Puerto Rico, there may also be thousands of uncounted votes in dark closets in Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona and most of all Pennsylvania. And they’re all probably for Trump!

If saying that the people who voted for Tommy Tuberville are addled bozos with barely brains enough to spit is wrong, I don’t want to be right:

> “You know, our government wasn’t set up for one group to have all three of branches of government. It wasn’t set up that way, our three branches, the House, the Senate and executive,” the senator-elect said, apparently unaware that the House and Senate form one legislative branch and omitting the judicial branch altogether.
> Additionally, he incorrectly asserted that Al Gore was president-elect for 30 days in 2000.
> Those weren’t the only, uh, flubs: Tuberville also indicated that he didn’t understand what World War II was about.
> “My dad fought 76 years ago in Europe to free Europe of socialism,” he told the Daily News (it was fascism, not socialism).
