The way I tend to describe Fetterman is that he looks like a guy sitting next to you on the bus who strikes up an unsolicited conversation about how he’s on the way to an NA meeting and how the program changed his life after he did a nickel for involuntary manslaughter, then hands you a pocket copy of the New Testament when he gets off at his stop. Probably harmless, but you wouldn’t want to make him mad.

Oz, on the other hand, looks like the guy at a “team building” retreat who would buttonhole you into an endless droning exposition on how he’s about to make a killing in crypto until you start wondering whether serving time for manslaughter would be all that bad…

Fortunately it’s the next district over and not mine, but the right wing Republican is running ads against his Congressional Democratic opponent because he “support Nancy’s agenda” to raise taxes, the cost of food, and the cost of gasoline. Apparently Pelosi runs the government.
The Democrat’s ads are all about how the Republican doesn’t care about families, he just wants to prevent abortions.

TBH, they likely don’t even care about stopping abortions. They care about _being seen_ as wanting to stop abortions, so they can get votes (and campaign contributions).
