Their majority is just too small, and will probably grow smaller in the coming months. “Burning it all to the ground” doesn’t work too well as a slogan in general elections, except for a very select few in his caucus. Unfortunately for him, their number is just enough to stop almost anything Scalise would want to do to help the rest of his caucus in 2024. ---
