Looking on the website of the Tennesee department of health there no mention at all of this decision. My conclusion is that this was handed down to them from on high (probably by the governor who incidentally is [heavily promoting the worship service associated with his inaguration](https://www.tn.gov/governor/news/2023/1/18/tennesseans-invited-to-join-gov--lee-s-second-inauguration-ceremony-and-worship-service-on-jan--21.html) on governement websites, separation for church and state be damned) for the sole purpose of killing teh gayz. The people tasked with putting the blatant evil bigotry behind the decision in indefensible so they aren’t even going to try. ---

Back in 2011, when nobody had ever heard of George Santos, somebody with the user name of Anthony Devolder, which is one of Santos’s aliases, created a Wikipedia account where they claimed to have been a teen drag queen.
