I feel compelled to push back on this one. How is it stupid? He’s being completely forthright about his swinging and not condemning others’ behavior. It’s not like he’s kowtowing to the Christian vote (at least, not according to this article). Based on what I read here, I’d totally vote for the guy … if he wasn’t a Republican. ---

I’m with you on this one - as long as he’s not out there condemning other people for doing what he did, the fact that his marriage used to be open is a non-issue. Tbh, it’s a surprise he’s **not** being openly hypocritical, given the entire rest of the party he belongs to. ---

Luckily, at least some of those people are those in other cities who would be responsible for dealing with their local versions of these shit heads. Other places like Toronto, Quebec City and Vancouver responded much better, based in large part on seeing exactly how Ottawa screwed it all up. ---

There’s a couple of videos going around of convoyers getting arrested in Ottawa, and they’re hilarious. One has a guy in a truck trying to drive away in the middle of a traffic stop, so the cops use their vehicles to box him in, which of course results in a minor collision. The idiot videoing it all start screaming about how “he didn’t do anything wrong!” and how it’s the cops’ fault that he hit them. Just utterly clueless. It’s like they’ve never in their lives seen how police operate. You try to run from a traffic stop, you’re going to have a bad day, _at best._ ---
