There was a small blurb article about changing the moon’s rotation to make it more habitable (details! details! we’ll let the eggheads work out the details). They were going to do this by setting off nuclear explosions at the equator at angles to the surface to increase the spin rate. They were serious, too. Besides, we all know what happens when nuclear explosions are set off on the moon. ---
