Forget about the left’s silly concerns with global warming. Maybe, doesn’t say the age. If she was over 16, then that’s the age of consent in South Dakota. If she was under 16, then there really should be a few more charges on there. ---

Does anyone have any inkling what the fuck he was talking about? Nuclear warming? He said it multiple times so it wasn’t something we misheard. Even Tucker Carlson looked befuddled (I know it is a semi-normal look for him). Trump used Trump logic (god help us). Trump heard somewhere… about nuclear winter, he of course has zero idea what that is. Trump made the leap and what serves as his brain concluded that there must be a nuclear summer. And that must be really hot. ---

Dear god. Is he really talking about the fallout (pun intended) of a nuclear war and saying that threat is worse than “so-called” global warming? And calling in “nuclear warming”, a term that no one has ever used in this situation? His brain is so Adderall addled… ---

My guess is that t based on the garbled understanding of the fact that most of the earth’s heat comes from [nuclear reactions within the earth](https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/observations/nuclear-fission-confirmed-as-source-of-more-than-half-of-earths-heat/). Of course this is absolutely irrelevant to the issue of climate change since the phenomenon is basically a constant in the global warming equation and there is absolutely nothing we can do do affect it one way or another. But it gives then an excuse to say “look over there!” so they don’t have to confront greenhouse emissions. ---

Oh stewardess, I speak Trump. He hears the term, “global warming” and wants to go judo on it, so he appropriates the “warming” part, because that’s easy to say, and replaces “global” with “nuclear” because he thinks that’s hilarious. Translation, he thinks nuclear war is more probably than global warming. ---

I was on a board where one of the posters was focussed on finding ways to show that carbon emissions were not the big climate problem. One of his JAQings-off was how there were a lot of nuclear power plants in the world, and they get pretty hot, so surely they must be adding measurably to the Earth’s thermal budget. ---
