I’d suggest that these two lines, regarding referring to these people as woke, show that they are using that word as nothing more than an insult an meant to cause pain. Especially considering how (based on my reading) he stopped himself when he realized what he was saying. Not that we didn’t know it already, but it’s always nice when they spell it out for us, unprompted. Also, it just another example of the right willfully taking a word and adding so many definitions to it that becomes useless to the left and a boogeyman to the right. > I don’t want to say it because I don’t want to put these people’s legacies through that… and > It’s a story for a bar; that way you can talk about the things and you can be politically incorrect ---

Read, “You can say these things in a bar without getting sued” for “you can be politically incorrect.” I get the feeling that the Infowars/Sandy Hook award and the Dominion settlement may have made at least some of the remaining Fox people a little more cautious. ---
