Well, there’s an extra disconnect here, let’s say that, rather than praising Hitler, they are talking about Ghandi or something, and how he turned his life around after being homeless(I’m not saying that he did, factually). What they are saying is that they would arrest the person for being homeless, which would prevent them from having an opportunity to turn their life around, essentially undermining whatever point it was that they were trying to make. ---
