More noxious than stupid, considering that the dogwhistle will probably resonate well within the empty skulls of its target audience:

(Or maybe it is stupid, since the strategy of calling a crackhead is unlikely to work out very well given that 1)as I noted earlier, the FBI [confiscated his phone](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/a-perfectly-reasonable-amount-of-schadenfreude-about-things-happening-to-trump-his-enablers/925537/7142) and 2)even if he gets the call, he’s unlikely to defend you very effectively by attacking the mugger with a pillow.)
