Of course, it makes absolutely no sense in this new context, as Loser Donald no longer has that button, and Ron (or “Rob” as he apparently now thinks it’s amusing to call him) has never claimed to have one.

Best as I can tell this is just his way of saying “My dick is YUUUUUGE”.
