It appears to be a cocktail of some sort. And it’s got a bunched-up napkin under it, indicating that someone had picked it up, drunk out of it while using the napkin to hold it, and set it down. Then why isn’t it a beer? Loser Donald doesn’t drink, so his is obviously a prop, but if they’re all props you’d think they’d use the same thing for all three unless Junior, who we know is an alcoholic, specifically asked for something stronger. Also, fruit slices are usually served on the rim of a cocktail, not floating in it, further implying that it’s been drunk from. ---
