It contains one too many layers of abstraction. Ads must show: 1) face and name of GOP Senator who voted against the bill that would have solved a lot of the chaos at the border, and 2) bad results of the border remaining chaotic that have occurred post-GOP vote. (Dated and verifiable.) No abstractions. Just Cause and Effect. The question Carlson asked (and Putin ignored) in the first clip you linked was why hadn’t Putin invaded Ukraine earlier. I assume that he was hoping the answer would allow him to frame it as being Biden’s fault. ---
