Only because the media in general are banging on it continuously and forgetting trump’s apparent descent into dementia not to mention his many crimes. Many people don’t pay that much attention to politics; they see what is presented to them by the news and the “news.” ---

The logical implication\* of that, it seems, is that all someone needs to do is sing the Star Spangled Banner and they’re part of the USA as well as being able to benefit from all the listed benefits. Someone needs to tell all the caravans heading over the border about this trick. \*I mean, it’s a fallacy, but I don’t think the right understands the difference. ---
