So, no, sorry, dudes, no special hotline for slamming or DDOSing. And they take care to not outlaw the very existence of contrails. This _would_ however seem to forbid cloud “seeding” to produce rain. Although I also note that [Rep. Clemmons (D-Nashville) has proposed a most excellent further House amendment](https://www.capitol.tn.gov/Bills/113/Amend/HA0872.pdf) to the abovementioned, to add the phrase _“which may threaten the Sasquatch and its natural habitat”_ to the statutory section. Clearly an official in our own spirit. ---
