Well, that would be Missouri, whose state motto, of course, is _Salus populi suprema lex esto_. I’m still not sure I get the joke, Mr. Riddler. ---

I believe it has something to do with the fact that Missouri is known as the “Show Me State.” Add -er at the end of the appropriate word and it all falls into place. ---

Woah, what a story. Just unbelievable and disgusting. I really hope the actual detective who talks about prisoners not coming out alive from certain jails, gets to go to jail himself. Maybe one of those special jails. Sickening. ---
