In another era, I would have read a title like that and assumed it was a left-wing redneck rebel anthem possibly based on a Woody Guthrie song about how the wealthy in both parties are keeping the working man down. It’s actually, as my father said to the nurse in the air force hospital where my grandfather was being treated: “Bravo Eco Romeo Golf Sierra Tango Eco Indiana November”. (The nurse had asked him to spell our surname, spanish speakers have real trouble with any word who has more than 2 consecutive consonants so we are used to it. She didn’t understand him when he spelled like that, prompting him to fake indignation that they did not understand the aeronautical alphabet in the _air force_ hospital.} My dad was like that sometimes).
