Recently, I saw some rightwingnut whining that you never hear the “USA chant” from Democrats and that proves they hate America. I’m up in Seoul watching on television the VEEP’s first rally with Tim Walz. And less than two minutes ago, I heard that chant from the crowd. There is literally nothing the magatflatearthers will not lie about. ---

Or Vichy controlled France that simply revoked the citizenship of over ten thousand Jews who were subsequently deported elsewhere. The Christian extremists actually need Jews for their end-time myth, mostly as cannon fodder. I suspect many would like to round us up and ship us over to Israel so they don’t have to deal with us anymore living near them or interacting with them but not so to feel guilty about or go to the effort of genocide. ---
