Too many Repubs in tight races for those kinds of games. Most voters know that it’s just show, and a giant waste of time and money for political points. They are fed up with them and will vote accordingly. Notice how all the “border crisis” crap they’ve been flinging hasn’t stuck? That’s because even the Magats know trump torpedoed a deal. ---

Or at least that the swing voters know about it, as there’s at least a chance they could vote so as to punish Trump. _Maybe_ a large number of House Republicans are holding back from impeaching Harris due to fears that voters would disapprove… but I remain skeptical. An awful lot of them are in safe seats. Still, I concede that they would need to have the entire GOP side on board, and maybe they **do** lack votes from some whose seats are in purple districts. ---

I’m on right wing forums and the “border tsar” stuff is right up there as the main criticism of Harris. And, when I mention trump torpedoing what was basically the republicans’ dream bill…they pretend I didn’t bring it up and find something else to respond to. As usual, were it not for democracy being at stake, it would be a fascinating study in the psychology of denial, and desire to believe misinformation. ---
