Springfield is in Clark County. Portage County is just southeast of Cleveland, in between Akron and Youngstown. ---

My trump loving boss has decided that we can talk politics on Tuesdays so we did today. Things got a bit more heated than normal. But this is what he claimed too. The left is to blame for the assassination attempts on trump because we are telling everyone that he’s going to end democracy. I said, well it’s the truth! Of course he doesn’t believe that at all. All the bad things trump says are jokes. The dictator for a day comment is a joke, obviously! Democrats have no sense of humor. I think we know we’ll never convince the other to see things differently. ---

No. I didn’t think to bring them up. He’s very convinced that there is a conspiracy of some sort regarding the fact that there has not been an attempt on Harris or Walz. I got a little more heated with my responses to him. I told him he was usually reasonable when we talked about politics, but that he was just being silly. Then I remembered he is my boss and toned things down by agreeing with him that there is more to the story regarding Epstein. I managed to keep my job! ---
