I got the sense from that video that if elected Trump could basically tell the Treasury to transfer a trillion dollars to his bank account and the only legal recourse would be impeachment. Am I wrong? ---

Even the sycophants he has lined up now would resign before doing that. He’d have to fire the first 30 people in line before finding a janitor to say yes. In reality, his most ardent supporters would cooperate in dragging his ass to a mental institute. (one would hope) ---

You say that, but I don’t see the evidence. He’s had for years of Presidency to screen out the ones with even a single scruple. Just like he picked Judge Fratboy McRaper and Judge Settled-Law Just-Kidding to put on the Supreme Court, he can find some seriously deranged buyers nutters who will do _anything_ he wants, even grant him immunity a President for assassinating a political opponent or recalcitrant SC justice. You think Steven Miller would hesitate to settle and hand Trump a bajillion dollars? Especially if he gets a totally legal and potentially tax-free tip? ---

She said that if elected Trump could order the Justice Department to settle the lawsuit and pay $100 million. Not much difference. ---

(one would hope) Quite frankly, I think you should _not_ hope for a scenario like that. It is what the Heritags _want_, to get Couchfucker in there in order to facilitate their little Project. Once they get the Screaming ShitGibbon properly ensconced in the room where he can scream all he wants at the quilted walls, they will make sure that the staff of that fine institution are properly rewarded for continuing to report that there is no sign of improvement and Couchfucker can continue to skillfully run the nation into the ground on their behalf. ---
