Two clips of Biden have gone viral, supposedly showing the extent of his cognitive decline. Piers Morgan even went on a rant about them on his show (and got smacked down well by Brian Tyler Cohen). It’s so bizarre because neither clip shows this at all IMO. The first shows Biden unsure of who is next after him to speak. Something which…is incredibly common at events with multiple speakers. No, there is no studio dialog in the clip. Joe the President is telling the cabinet that his wife Jill is going to make a presentation, and then throws the talking stick over to her, which Piers Morgan declares shows that Mrs. Biden is running the country (because Joe looks tired but she looks energetic).        Energy being a theme. Cohen talks about how ShitGibbon is being sanewashed (not using those words) and Morgan comes back with the argument _but Individual-ONE is so much more energetic_, as though his energy makes up for his senility. ---
