no, i sadly forgot the “n”. head bow of shame. on to the next wild republican claim. the amazingly inaccurate information that some people have about basic human biology is mind boggling. even more astounding is that they believe that their inaccurate information should become decrees. ---

Yeah, I’ve been trying to figure out the practical effect of that law. The only thing I’ve come up with so far is that, if there is a disaster, WV will be legally prohibited from asking the President for an emergency declaration (since they won’t recognize her as President). I had to stop and remember to use the proper pronoun there ---

The part of the resolution that blows my mind. “Whereas, the Constitutions of the United States and the State of West Virginia require that only legal citizens may vote in U.S. and West Virginia elections, and that there is abundant evidence that non-citizens have been and are being registered to vote in the national election of 2024” Hasn’t this been debunked over and over? Can they put just straight up lies into their resolutions? Can we shout “Cite!” at an entire state? ---

I don’t agree with it, but I get what they’re doing. What I don’t get is stupid shit like this. How is that not going to alienate your own base? They can rail against immigrants or drugs or whatever, but more or less half of their own base will use, uses or has used tampons.
