I Per my understanding of the law, if Trump wants 90 seconds of airtime on NBC between now and Tuesday night, they can’t tell him no. They’re under no obligation to let him on a specific program or make him look flattering. I’m reminded of a bit Conan O’Brien did back in 2003, where he commented that they couldn’t run funny clips from Arnold Schwarzenegger movies since then any of the 100+ other candidates in CA’s gubernatorial race could demand airtime as well, so instead he started showing out of context clips of Walker, Texas Ranger since NBC owned the rights and Chuck Norris wasn’t running for anything. ---

Remember, Harris certifies the election. Also, Biden can have trump arrested and sent to Gitmo. The SCOTUS said it was legal. I think we should test that hypothesis. Am I joking? I’ll never tell. ---

They are under no obligation to provide him with written material. If he thinks some of his own staff can come up with something that will endear him to viewers, have at it. Try insulting Puerto Rico again–that’s gold! NBC is free to follow up Trump’s 90 seconds with footage of people pointing and laughing, if they wish. I’d watch! ---

My post-election fantasy for the last few weeks has been that the day after the election, DOJ comes down on Trump like a ton of bricks. He’s no longer a candidate, therefore no election interference. Throw him in jail if you need to, keep him there as long as you need until you get everything sorted out. If he wins but can’t make the inauguration, oops oh well! ---
