The Rwandan genocide occured after about 10 years of shrill propaganda that the Other ethnic group were not even human. If indeed the Reactionary Wacko Traitor party & propaganda machine are embracing the NPC meme, they’re driving straight for a race war / inter-party war with their eyes wide open and the pedal to the metal. There will be blood. ---

Heck, I use that phrase in an Real Life Economics simulation I run in my Econ. classes. One of the “Medical Expenses” cards uses it - “You took an arrow to the knee. Roll 1d6 for damage/medical bills.” Once a gamer, always a gamer. ---
