No, menstruation is involuntary. And it’s only the sperm that’s important-- the sperm _gits 'er done!_ The ovum by itself doesn’t matter. The unfertilized ovum is like the wallflower at a dance, like the old spinster that no one ever chose for marriage. That’s why the body spontaneously discards them if no sperm has made contact. ---

The thing is, this seems like something that a Republican would propose. As has been noted many times on this board, it’s getting hard to distinguish _The Onion_ headlines from real ones. Is there a MAGA version of [Poe’s Law](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poe%27s_law)? Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is utterly impossible to parody a Creationist MAGA in such a way that _someone_ won’t mistake for the genuine article. ---

AIUI, the proposed bill forbids _any_ genetic material discharge that occurs without a specific intent; the wording does not state that there must be an alternate intent. Ergo, a discharge with _no intent_ at all falls under the prohibition. ---
