On the one hand, Andy Biggs is an idiot of the first order. He’s constantly trying to take the record for worst congressman currently serving. On the other, in is less-than-effective career, he has managed to get ONE piece of legislation passed, and that was to rename a building. Even with President Musk and the orange turd in charge, there is little chance of this actually even getting out of committee. ---

If they lost in court, it would make it that much harder for other networks to resist similar requests. ---
