The letter is used these days as a shorthand for general ostracism, and she is getting a lot of flack from her party for having voted with the Dems to get rid of McCarthy. So while comparing herself to Hester Prynne is over-dramatic bullshit, it’s not off base literature-wise. ---

I will say that the Chipmunk’s leader is usually easier to understand than the Reactionary Wacko Traitor’s leader is. Much better sentence structure and coherence of thought. When their 'toon is smarter then your ex-president, something is definitely wrong around here. ---

I can not even imagine having this kind of attack happen in my neighborhood. The reports are just horrifying. It’s hard for me to wrap my mind around what these terrible people did. What people are capable of just takes my breath away. I know this is far from over. I’m so sorry Alessan. ---
