Well, if he does actually honor the Hong Kong court’s order while he’s in the United States, I’ll have some respect for him. I’m not going to hold my breath, though. Nor do I believe I woudl’ve gotten such lenient treatment. The Hong Kong judge’s comment about Wilson’s presumed knowledge of Hong Kong law’s strictness is _more_ reason to convict, not acquit, IMHO. ---

A quick skim of his wiki page says he’s also pro-life, anti-LGBTQ, anti-mask, anti-Obamacare, has voted against medical care for 9/11 responders and (separately, I think) firefighters with mesothelioma and probably a whole bunch of other stuff. He seems like a swell guy.
