A [proposed bill](https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/mississippi-lawmaker-introduces-contraception-begins-erection-act-rcna188938) in Mississippi ‘_would make it unlawful for “a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo.”_’ Essentially, it would outlaw choking the chicken.

The “[Contraception Begins at Erection Act](https://www.billtrack50.com/billdetail/1795563)” is, in and of itself, not a stupid Republican idea

it is a Democrat trolling R misogyny.
